Common questions
How do I report an issue? Go to the Report page, choose your State, Constituency and Payam, then describe the issue. You can attach a photo if you confirm your identity.
How do I track a report? Open the issue from the Issues feed or the Map. Each report shows its status and any official response.
I am an officer - how do I respond to issues in my area? Sign in at /admin/login. Once an admin has assigned your office, you will see only your in-scope issues and can post an official response.
